ABOUT THIS G&V COLLECTION:

'Two is possible!?' This slogan phrase sums up the logic that underlies their artistic activity. The adoption of the "common signature" GaeTano & Valentina, indicates a rejection of the distinction of roles and confirms the universality of an act. The key factor of their artistic production is to be found in their contemporary world. The main objective is to analyze the human condition, such as social change, cultural and moral. Their figurative works that take voice from informal backgrounds come to light by combining different techniques, such as for oil, acrylic and spray.

GAETANO & VALENTINA'S STORY

GaeTano & Valentina are Contemporary Scenographers and Visual Artists living and working in Monza, Italy. Gaetano was born in Catania in 1984, and Valentina in Milan in 1985. Having studied at the School of Art and at The Art School, in 2004 Gaetano & Valentina met at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera. Having completed his studies in 2010, GaeTano founded the group SCENOGRAPH2ART as a result of the integration of artistic disciplines, working in the field of visual arts and applied arts, in which painting and design are related. "One is a consequence of the other."

Education:

II level academic graduate - Higher Education in Art, Music and Dance (AFAM).

Department of design and applied arts, course in Scenography.
